Order

To ensure an immediate response to your request, you should provide

the following:

• Purchase order number. If ordering by phone, a confirming P.O.

should be sent.

• Address where the parts are to be shipped.

• Address where the invoice is to be sent.

• Siemens part numbers as listed.

• Quantity needed of each part.

• Equipment Serial number or project number of the system

(especially for warranty related orders).

• Preferred method of shipment.
